A great opportunity has arisen to work in this 14th Century Country Inn with 15 bedrooms.

• The restaurant has a maximum of 80 covers within the a la carte restaurant ensuring the quality of the food is maintained and that the service each guest receives is of the highest order. As well as further 70 covers with the bar area.

• As expected the ingredients are of the highest quality. The role will involve working as a team in the brigade of six chefs insuring the effective running of the kitchen.

• The role would suit someone who is passionate about their food and are dedicated to it. The majority of the menu is made up from fresh local ingredients,
