Sous Chef required for a busy, corporate property located in North Yorkshire
The Role:
This city centre property requires a Sous Chef who is capable of assisting the Head Chef with the management of the Health and Safety aspect of the kitchen as well as the financial costings and stock takes.The hotel restaurant offers a carvery style service and the hotel also has function facilities.The property has a very friendly brigade and a well organised, tidy kitchen.
Requirements:
This position requires a Sous Chef who has experience of working in large, corporate backgrounds.Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a property that expected financial responsibility is essential for this role.
