This Busy conference and wedding venue is looking for a chef de partie to become an integral part of their brigade. This is one of Sheffield’s premier venues in the area and caters up to 150 covers and has a number of conference rooms as well as popular banqueting rooms.
Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie of a high standard with flair and Imagination. All menus are created from fresh locally sourced produce. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. Preferably with both a fine dine and volume background.
As Chef de Partie you will be capable of running a section along with having supervisory skills. You will be involved with training of junior chefs.
