Job Description:

Chef de Partie required for this superb 5 red star hotel set in beautiful grounds.

As Chef de Partie you will be catering for a variety of outlets including a fine dining restaurant, brasserie and banqueting facilities for up to 160.

The menus are modern British with Mediterranean influences and everything is made from the finest, fresh produce. Working within a talented brigade of chefs you will recieve an excellent training on all sections of the kitchen.

This is an ideal role for a professional Chef de Partie looking for their next challenge.
