THEY ARE SEEKING A PASTRY CHEF TO JOIN THEIR TEAM WHO HAS TECHNICAL SKILLS THAT ARE SECOND TO NONE, IS ABLE TO MANAGE A SMALL PASTRY TEAM AND HAS SOME CUTTING EDGE IDEAS FOR THE MENU. THE PASTRY CHEF WILL BE CLASSICALLY TRAINED WITH AT LEAST 3 ROSETTE EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY MICHELIN STAR.
YOU’LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRODUCE EXCELLENT QUALITY PASTRY FOR ALL PARTS OF THE F&B OPERAITON, CROISSANTS AND PASTRIES FOR BREAKFAST, BISCOTTI FOR MORNING TEA, 3 ROSETTE DESSERTS AT LUNCH AND DINNER TIME, AND OF COURSE CAKES AND SCONES ETC FOR AFTERNOON TEA THAT ARE THE BEST YOU CAN GET.
