The operation with its awarding winning food is always busy and enjoys one of the best reputations locally. You will be working alongside a Head Chef who has worked with some of the best in the business and should be able to learn lots of new ideas.
You will need to have similar experience, have bags of energy, loads of enthusiasm and really enjoy creating dishes using good local produce from the surrounding estates.
