The Head Chef in this destination hotel is seeking a Sous Chef with solid leadership skills who can motivate the brigade and bring an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the kitchen. While good leadership is essential, the importance of strong technical skills should not be understated. You’ll play an important role in developing the brigade and must have ability and willingness to train the junior members of the brigade.
The successful Sous Chef candidate will be a an ambitious chef with two years previous experience in a similar role in 4-5 star hotels. Sous Chef candidates will also need to be flexible and committed, be available to work as required and possess a positive attitude that spreads throughout the kitchen.
