This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic couple (Chef de Partie and Bar Manager) to develop their hospitality skills and passion for the industry in this friendly and busy little pub just outside Cambridge. They can offer a good salary plus excellent tips. They can also offer Live In accommodation if required.
They need one person to work in the kitchen as Chef de Partie – you will need some basic knife skills and most importantly a genuine interest in working with excellent fresh ingredients be keen to learn.
Best things come in twos and the other half of the perfect partnership will be a confident, friendly and relaxed Bar Manager – you will immediately put customers at their ease and create long-standing relationships.
Experience behind the bar and good product knowledge would be a great advantage but most technical aspects of the job can be taught.
