Senior Sous Chef – circa £25,000
A highly regarded establishment in Scottish Hospitality is currently looking to employ a Senior Sous Chef. The property is set on a stunning estate on the outskirts of Stirlingshire. Starting salary of up to £23,000 p/a plus Company benefits scheme.

The Role:
Our client requires a passionate Sous Chef to join this award winning brigade. Ideally you will have Rosette experience from a top quality kitchen background, along with expert volume experience. You will assist the Executive Chef with Menu Development, team training and kitchen development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the kitchen
- Motivating the kitchen team
- Encouraging flair and passion within the brigade
- Team development & training
- Menu writing
- Stock control
Requirements:
- Must have strong cooking background
- Must have experience in Quality & Quantity environments
- Sous Chef position previously held
- Strong personality with drive & passion for excellent cuisine
Remuneration:
Up to £25,000 plus excellent company benefits.
