Senior Sous Chef 4 Star Hotel With Rosettes

Our client is a Star Hotel currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef

The property has 60 Plus Bedrooms With Large Food operation

The Role: Senior Sous Chef

Role Criteria

The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
The Senior Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
Senior Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
The successful Senior Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
