Head Waiter
Our client, an impressive and elegant 5 star hotel close to Hyde Park is currently looking for a Head Waiter to come and join their team.
Applicants will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager, assisting in the upkeep, managing and daily running of the Restaurant.
Assisting guests when required, meeting and greeting, mis en place, taking food orders and drinks orders, supervision of restaurant staff and also ensuring that all staff are following the high standards that are set and company / health and safety procedures
To apply, you will need to have a strong background in restaurant / 5 star hotel industry.
Also required are excellent standards in customer service and communication, an eye for detail, great knowledge and practical experience of possibly working in all departments involved.
