Chef de Partie required for a small hotel located in Suffolk
The Role:
This property requires a Chef de Partie to produce seasonal meals using quality, fresh ingredients.The hotel has an AA accredited restaurant as well as providing meals for 100 covers in the banqueting facilities.This role is able to offer career progression and development opportunities to the right candidate.
Requirements:
This role requires a Chef de Partie who already has a solid, basic knowledge of the kitchen and wants to work within a quality environment.Candidates should have Chef de Partie experience, ideally in an AA Rosette property and be used to quality, fresh ingredients.
