Chef de Partie needed for a luxury country hotel *Live in available*
This small country house hotel has three stars and has been awarded 2 rosettes. They are currently looking to for chef de partie with drive and ambition with previous experience as a chef de partie within a rosette awarded property.
The role consists of:
•Aiding the smooth running of the kitchen
•Delivering excellent standard of food
•Working closely with the sous chef
•Ensuring all junior chefs are performing to required standards
All applicants must have previous rosette experience; a passion for food .You must also be an experienced leader with good training skills, ideally having worked in a similar establishment as a Chef de partie or a demi chef de partie.
Please note a driving licence would be advantageous
