What you’ll be doing

Joining their management scheme which can offer excellent training and development, you will be accountable to customers and staff alike to deliver the company mission and deliver successfully the long term profitability of the store you will be based in. You will be responsible for leading the store team, enabling them to develop their full potential. You will deliver outstanding customer service, dealing with stock management, taking action on all aspects of the brand standard and dealing with all guests in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be accountable for the financial side of the business, ensuring all documentation is kept accurately and upheld confidentially... An organised individual with an ability to be in all places at once with a happy smile at the end is what is needed!
