As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- To assist the General Manager in the general running of the business and to deputise in their absence.
- You will be expected to maintain the high standards of service and quality of the restaurant while exercising control of financial, stock and personnel issues in the absence of the General Manager.
