Clear Selection are looking for a relief restaurant manager to work in this busy hotel in the centre of Oxford.
We are looking for a hands on manager to oversee this very busy restaurant. You will be in charge of a team of 12 staff plus casuals at busier periods. As restaurant manager you will be happy to run the main restaurant that can seat up to 120 people with an overflow area that is used when the hotel reaches its full capacity.
I need a motivated individual, someone with a calm temperament who is not easily stressed, as restaurant manager you need to be quick thinking, proactive and have the ability to make decisions, motivate staff and be great with the guests.
We are looking for a n experienced restaurant manager with a proven background, good managerial skills and good food knowledge.
