My client is seeking an Assistant Manager who has experience in all areas of hotel management. You’ll need to know about rooms management and will work closely with the GM to maximise rooms rates and occupancy, and you’ll also need strong F&B and C&B skills, including weddings, private dining, meetings and other events.
It is also essential that candidates have strong management and delegation skills and are able to oversee many different areas at once. This is a buy operation, with several weddings often taking place at the same time, along side other events and functions, so it’s important you are able to multi task and make the most of the people and skills you have around you.
