Menu wise we’re talking daily changing blackboard menus with things like local game, organic chicken, and the best local beef. So this is not typical pub food, the new owners are looking for a Head Chef who can really help them establish this as a destination eatery. The place has recently been renovated and modernised and there’s also been money spent in the kitchen.
We’re seeking a Head Chef candidate with plenty of creative flair and the ability to lead a brigade of 3 chefs. You’ll be completely responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen including recruitment training and well being of the team, ensuring you’re in line with food hygiene and health and safety regulations, and generally running a tight ship.
