Our client, a stunning Country House hotel in Norwich are currently seeking an experienced front of house manager to join their team.
Duties will include:
Overseeing all areas of reception including reservations
Re-assessing current procedures and implementing changes where required
Conference and Banqueting bookings and billing
Ensure Reception is running smoothly and communicating effectively with other departments
Ensure Housekeeping is running smoothly and communicating effectively with other departments
The ideal Candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role
4 Star Hotel experience
Strong Management skills
Strong financial knowledge
The ability to set and meet targets
Conference and banqueting experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a more senior role. You’ll need a stable background in quality operations, be motivated and career minded and keen to make your mark on this operation
