Junior Sous
Our client is major contract catering compnay, currently recruiting for a Junior Sous to aid the high class catering operation.
The property has a fine dining restaurant/retail cafe outlet and banqueting up to 200.
The Role: Junior Sous
Role Criteria
- The ideal Junior Sous will have previous experience working in large CB venues and will be able to deal with numbers up to 300pax.
- The Junior Sous will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Junior Sous will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Junior Sous will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Junior Sous must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Junior Sous will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / demi Chef de Partie level within a similar operation.
