Ambitious and talented Chef de partie required for top 200 UK Hotel and Restaurant in Cumbria. My client is seeking a candidate that has absolute passion for food and really has the bit between their teeth at the moment. This role requires absolute commitment and dedication, there’s no room in the team for someone that is not really up for it.
Chef de Partie candidates will ideally come from a 2 or 3 rosette or similar background, be driven, ambitious and a team player who is keen to be part of a successful brigade. They have recently been awarded their third rosette, so it’s a great chance to be part of a team that achieves plenty of success and accolades.
