They run a small but busy Gastropub in Cambridgeshire that focuses on providing British cuisine at its best – menus based strictly on seasonality and local produce – mostly coming from less that 25 miles away.
They are looking for a talented second chef with a solid start to their career who is ambitious to develop to the next level.
The Head Chef / Owner is an inspiring and passionate character with lots of experience to learn from.
