Our client is a stunning and high profile conference venue with retail cafeteria outlet and banqueting space currently recruiting for a Junior Sous.

The Role: Junior Sous

Role Criteria

• The ideal Junior Sous will have previous experience working in large CB venues and will be able to deal with numbers up to 300pax.
• The Junior Sous will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Junior Sous will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Junior Sous will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
• Junior Sous must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
• The successful Junior Sous will have at least 2 years experience at Snr Chef de Partie level within a similar operation.
• Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Sous looking for a progressive and challenging role
