The Role:
In this role you will be working as a Chef de Partie in the hotels brasserie restaurant that offers an informal style of dining to its guests.The restaurant uses all fresh ingredients and has a seasonal menu that includes salads, sandwiches and main meals.
Requirements:
Candidates applying to this position should be experienced Chef de Parties who have experience of working in high quality hotels.The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a stable background and is keen to progress within a quality property that offers training and development.
