My client is looking for a strong candidate to fill their vacancy for an assistant restaurant manager.
You will need to be enthusiastic about the industry and have a solid F&B background in a quality organisation.
Preferably you will have previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a similar venue but more importantly you will be passionate about providing great customer service and be genuinely enthusiastic about working with a quality product.
The venue is a really top rate boutique hotel and restaurant serving excellent modern British food. The owners are passionate about using the finest ingredients and providing a friendly but highly professional service. As assistant restaurant manager you will want to uphold this way of doing things.
? You will be required to have a supervisory record with the ability to train staff, work well within a small team and have excellent customer service skills.
? You should be able to use your own initiative as the owners will need you to take on the day to day running of the operation.
? You should have a passionate understanding of food and drink.
