This well known establishment is looking to recruit a commis chef to join this successful brigade.
This position will suit a college leaver who is looking for their first role in a working kitchen. This is great opportunity to learn from an award winning chef and quickly develop your skills. The position would offer excellent training to rosette level. They are looking for a young passionate commis chef that is looking to develop and learn new skills within this highly acclaimed property.
All the produce is sourced from the Cumbria region and all is made from fresh on a daily basis.
