Area Manager required for a very high standard contract catering company
This company requires an Area Manager to mainly cover the contracts in the Midlands, although you may be required to work in other areas. In this role you will be required to offer support to the Catering Managers; assist in gaining new contracts; Recruitment and have a strong financial acumen in order to write the budgets and forecast for the properties. However, you would be expected to be hands on if required to do so.
This position is ideal for a Group Head Chef with experience in managing multiple outlets who is looking to take a step back and work Monday to Friday while remaining within a quality environment. The company has a number of blue chip companies and solicitors as clients who expect quality food and so a quality background would be preferred, ideally a minimum of 1 AA Rosette.
