Our Client:

The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Head Chef to lead the team, to drive the desire to achieve only the best in culinary status. As Head Chef, you’ll ensure that only the best ingredients are used by sourcing the best that the local area has to offer and that your brigade of 7 are developed and trained to offer only the very best.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Brigade
- Develop menus
- Source suppliers
- Inspire your team!
Requirements:
- Must be a Head Chef
- Must have at least 2 Rosette experience
- Country House experience preferable
- Must be enthusiastic & motivational
Remuneration:
Starting salary up to £40,000 plus company benefits.
