HEAD PASTRY CHEF - LAKE DISTRICT - LUXURY COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL - HEAD PASTRY CHEF - £24k  Head Pastry Chef required in Windermere for this Award Winning Gastronomic Establishment. The Hotel is the ultimate in luxury and has a fine dining restaurant which has won many accolades. The hotel is excellently located and the pastry area is extremely well equipped and laid out.

As Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating all manner of pastries, desserts, petit fours, ice cream and breads.

As Head Pastry Chef you must have experience of working within atleast a 2AA Rosette standard of kitchen and be looking to work towards, or already be at, a 3AA Rosette level. You will be an integral part of the brigade therefore you must have a positive attitude and be a talented and enthusiastic Head Pastry Chef.
