Our client is looking for a competent Chef de Partie to assist in this busy hotel based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
This is a popular venue for private and corporate functions, the beautiful gardens are idyllic for weddings.
The kitchen is a good size and the established brigade are looking for some assistance, as Chef de Partie you will be happy to work most sections of the kitchen, you will be a real team player and be used to preparing fresh local produce to a high level.
