Chef de Partie required for a popular hotel located on the Cornwall coast
The Role:
This role is for a Chef de Partie within a hotel that is part of a small group and has been accredited with one AA Rosette in the restaurant and is currently pushing for two AA Rosettes.As Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section during service ensuring that the standards are maintained and assisting with the training of the Commis Chefs.The hotels restaurant serves 40-50 covers a night and there is only a small amount of conference and banqueting.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position should be very experienced Chef de Parties or Demi Chef de Parties in properties accredited with a minimum of one AA Rosette property.This position requires an enthusiastic, keen candidate who has excellent cooking abilities.
