This Busy high starred , rosette hotel is looking for a chef de partie to become an integral part of their brigade. This hotel is one of the premier venues in the area and caters up to 200 covers. The hotel has an excellent reputation in the area and is looking to continue to grow.
Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie of a high standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. Preferably with both a fine dine (rosette ideally )and volume background.
This is a busy hotel with restaurant, C+B, Room service and bar menus all running alongside each other.
As Chef de Partie you will be capable of running a section along with having supervisory skills. You will be involved with training of junior chefs.
Great opportunity to learn and develop skills. This role offers a talented and committed Chef de partie the chance to complete in house training programmes and gain internal promotions.
