As a successful candidate you will be the key player in delivering an impeccable level of service ensuring that clientele have the best possible experience from the conception and consumption of the award winning food.
Your responsibilities will be to support the Restaurant Manager and deputise in their absense providing a honed service gained from your experience with in either 4 AA Rosette or Michelin starred Restaurants. Smart and impeccable appearance, capability of the smooth and seamless management of service in the restaurant and bar, excellent communication skills within the restaurant/ kitchen team. Wine knowledge or a sommelier qualification would be an advantage.
