Job Description:   

I am looking for a pastry chef for this brand new hotel, you mush have a quality background within 4/5 star hotels along with rosette and Michelin background.

The successful applicant will spend a couple of weeks working at le-gavroche in training before the opening of the hotel.

You should have a steady background in catering and be able to demonstrate natural ability and flair.
