Chef de Partie Pastry is required for this extremely busy, award-winning kitchen within a superb and vibrant restaurant in Manchester city centre. The ideal candidate must have previous Pastry experience at Chef de Partie level, preferably within good quality establishments up to a minimum of 2 AA Rosettes. You will be working within a large brigade of chefs, so good team work is essential. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you should be a confident individual, able to deputise in their absence and train and support junior pastry chefs. You can expect to work in both the fine dining and the Brasserie kitchens.
