SOUS CHEF - LANCASHIRE Head Chef required in Lancashire for this Charming Country Inn with 1AA Rosette Awarded Restaurant. The Restaurant serves traditional british cuisine with a modern twist and is renowned for excellent cuisine. The Restaurant serves a 6, 6,6 menu for dinner and a fixed menu for lunch with 5 choices for each course. All produce is is locally sourced and only the freshest ingredients used.

As Sous Chef your role will be to support the Head Chef in the kitchen and be responsible for the management thereof in his absence. They are looking to take the food forwards and are looking to acheive their 2nd Rosette of which you will play a major part.

The restaurant serves around 25-30 covers for lunch and around 40 covers for dinner. As Sous Chef you will assist in the motivation, training and development of your team. As Sous Chef you will have good management skills and be a good developer and trainer.
