Commis Chef - Manchester - Large 4 star hotel

A Commis Chef is required for a busy, luxury hotel in the city centre of Manchester.

The kitchen has a brigade of 22 and as Commis Chef you will assist the brigade in the day to day running of this busy operation.

This Manchester hotel has a 100 cover restaurant. The Menu is Modern British in influence and many of the produce is locally sourced. The is also a busy, contemporary bar, extensive C&B facilities and 24 hour room service. The Head Chef has a great reputation and is known for his training and mentoring skills. 

 This will be an ideal opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic junior chef to work within one of the best kitchens in Manchester.

As Commis Chef, Ideally, you will have completed your NVQ 1 and 2 or equivalent.
