The ideal Head Chef candidate will have similar experience and have the ability to create exciting fresh food and also sensible gross profits. The restaurant with 50 covers produces a high quality a la carte menu for guests, the lounge offers sensible fresh meals and the 150-cover function suite is one of the best in the area.
Head Chef duties include
Overall management of the kitchen
Menu writing
Food Costings
Training lower grades
Liasing with front of house management
