Our client a splendid 5 star Hotel with a 3 rosette awarded restaurant is looking for an experienced customer service professional who has experience of working as a Chef de Rang within a well established Fine Dining / award winning Restaurant from within the UK

You will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, be very well presented. Have an enthusiasm and motivation to work in the hospitality industry especially with a very high standard of food and service. As well as being a good team leader, motivating and keeping a small team enthusiastic and ensuring they are able to deliver

Duties will include:- Serving customers to a very high standard, preparation for service, cleaning of the Restaurant, polishing of cutlery, stock control, ensuring table linen on tables are kept clean, delivering meals to the right tables, ensuring that you understand all meals on the menus. Team leader, motivating, training on duty, working closely with senior management to ensure a fantastic service is given to customer. Managing on stations.
