Junior Sous Chef required for a city centre property located in Gloucestershire
The Role:
This property serves a bistro style menu using fresh, local produce and has won a number of awards for the high quality of the meals produced.As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to assist with the management of the kitchen and the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade.
Requirements:
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous Chef position or a Sous Chef looking to work in a quality property.This is a busy property that requires hard working chefs that are able to cope well under pressure.
