As Junior Sous Chef you will work within a well equipped well laid out kitchen and be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen whilst training and motivating your team. You will have input into the menu and be a significant part of the kitchen brigade.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will need at least 4 years experience within similar properties or within high quality kitchens.The successful applicant must have rosette standard background.
