SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE - MANCHESTER - SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE

A Senior Chef De Partie required in Manchester City Centre for this 4 star city centre property.

The Hotel has over 200 bedrooms, 9 meeting rooms for conference and banqueting and events, Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.

As Senior Chef De Partie you will be required to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the cooking and preparation of the cuisine on offer and help in the training and motivation of junior members of the team.

You should ideally have at least 3 years experience of working within similar quality restaurants or within high quality kitchens that produces fresh food.
