Job Description:

Restaurant manager required to run a Fine Dining 80 cover rosette Restaurant based with in a beautiful 100 Bedroom Hotel.

Managing, training and developing a team towards achieving further rosettes
Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly at all times
Maintaining a high level of customer service within the Restaurant
Working closely with other departments within the Hotel
Keeping within budget restraints
Stock taking, control and rotation
Staff Rotas and other administration
Interviewing, appraisals and disaplinaries
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Applicants must have excellent product and food knowledge, with an excellent background as a fine dining Restaurant Manager within hotels based in the UK. As well as this you will need to have excellent managerial and motivational skills, and the ability to lead from the front. Also required are fantastic customer service and communication skills, organisation and delegation skills
