Commis chef required in Cardiff for this brand new small Luxury Hotel in the heart of the Wales countryside.
The Hotel has 12 exclusively designed and modern bedrooms and a 40 Cover Restaurant.
As a Commis chef you will assist the Head Chef and the rest of the brigade in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and prepare the cuisine to a very high standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for a junior chef looking to make a mark in the luxury culinary market and to learn from a very talented group of chefs and to assist them in gaining awards that you can be proud of.
The newly appointed Head Chef has a great reputation and will be looking for the restaurant to quickly gain rosette standard.
You will need to have completed NVQ1 /2 or equivilant or have experience within a similiar workplace.
