A talented Chef de Partie with a AA Rosette background is required for a small country house hotel. This Victorian Manor house is set in extensive grounds and has 19 bedrooms.
The hotel boasts 3 red stars and 2AA rosettes in the 40 cover fine dining restaurant plus private dining facilities for 30. The cuisine is Modern British and Welsh in influence.
The Head chef is looking for a strong talented Chef de Partie with a rosette background to strengthen the brigade and help them achieve their 3rd Rosette.
There are currently 5 in the brigade. As Chef de Partie, you will be offered great training and guidance to help you develop your culinary and kitchen management skills. You will work with the freshest of local and seasonal produce and assist the Head Chef in menu planning and also the training of junior chefs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and talented chef to work and learn from a great Head Chef.
Salary is from £16,000 but is flexible, depending on experience
Live in accommodation is also offered.
