This very busy pub located in Hertfordshire requires a Sous Chef
The Role:
This pub is looking for a Sous Chef to work in this traditional pub that is focused on using fresh ingredients and is very popular in the local area.The property serves in the region of 1200 meals a week and so requires a Sous Chef who is capable of managing this level of service in the Head Chefs absence.
Requirements:
Due to the popularity of this property it is important that all applicants are experienced Sous Chefs who are able to remain calm under pressure at all times.Candidates should have stable CVs and ideally will have had a background in pubs.
