Sous Chef required for a hotel located in Northumberland
The Role:
This high quality property requires a Sous Chef to work in the main kitchen at the hotel serving the AA Rosette accredited restaurant and the conference and banqueting facilities.The Executive Head Chef is looking to push the standards forward and as Sous Chef it will be one of your main roles to assist with these ambitions.
Requirements:
Candidates to this position should be experienced Sous Chefs who have worked in properties with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette previously.This position requires an ambitious candidate as the property is part of a national chain that offers excellent opportunities for future career progression.
