We are currently searching for a General Manager with 3 or more years experience at General Manager level to over-see the running of a beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds.
The establishment has 20 rooms a thriving kitchen and restaurant as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 200 guests.
As General Manager the focus of your role will be varied and at many times very hands-on. You must have a strong knowledge of current legislation, with confident staff management skills and a background experience in Conference and Banqueting as this plays a large part in the establishment turnover.
