We are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in this beautiful coastal hotel in Norfolk.
The establishment has a newly refurbished restaurant to accompany its constantly changing menu, which uses seasonal produce to make the most of the locally produced food.
As Sous Chef you would be expected to cover all the Head Chef’s duties in their absence, including Menu writing, rotas, stock taking and rotation and ensuring staff are always working above and beyond standards.
The correct Sous Chef candidate should have a strong background in a similar establishment with at least one year at a Sous Chef level.
