We need an Operations Manager for this new position in Scarborough.
The 60-room hotel is based right on the East Coast overlooking the sea and is situated between Scarborough and Whitby. If this is too far for you to travel then live in accommodation can be arranged.
As Operations Manager you will be expected to maintain the hotels 3 star standards in all departments including Housekeeping, Bars, Front of House and Restaurant. You will obviously be working alongside and liasing with the General Manager in other matters such as recruitment and staff welfare.
The correct Operations Manager candidate should have experience in a similar role with a strong background in Food and Beverage as this is the main focus of the hotel.
